North AL Bone & Joint Clinic FCA Coaches' Clinic & Golf Outing 2012
Coaches, teachers, and administrators, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the North AL Bone & Joint Clinic of Florence would like to invite you to a Free Four Man Scramble Golf Tournament, Clinic, and Luncheon to be held on Tuesday, July 17, at Listerhill Credit Union and Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail at The Shoals. The North Alabama and Northwest Alabama Leadership Boards are happy to be partnering with the NABJC in the sponsorship of this golf outing. We would like to express our appreciation for all you do in helping young students be the best leaders they can be.
Clinic participation is mandatory to play golf. The Clinics will be held at Listerhill Credit Union from 8:30 – 11:30am. Lunch will be served at 12:00 noon. The golf tournament registration is from 1:00–1:30 PM and play will begin at 1:30 PM. (No requirements for attending the free clinics and the free luncheon.)
***In lieu of an entry fee, we ask that you please help us by furnishing two names, addresses and phone numbers of people/businesses that might be willing to sponsor your golf team as a Hole Sponsor for $100.00. Please list this information on the Registration Form. We will take care of the correspondence and give them the opportunity to participate.
CLINICS: Continuing Education presented by Physicians and ATCs from North Alabama Bone and Joint Clinic
· Three (3) hours of professional credit will be documented for attending the clinics.
· Certificates will be presented.
It is very important that you register by Friday, June 29th, as only the first 100 golfers will be accepted. After 100, we will start a waiting list. Once again, this event is to allow us to show our appreciation and we hope you will make every effort to attend.
