On April 27, 2011, Ardmore High School Head Football Coach, Shannon Brown, and his family tragically lost their 21 year old daughter and sister, Loryn Alexandria Brown, to the Tuscaloosa, AL tornado that swept the city. A University of Alabama Memorial Scholarship has been set up in her name, in hope that some good may come from this devastating historical event that has touched so many lives.
